The next chapter…
I realized there was one thing that was still completely in my hands. Something I could take control of. Something that would help me feel empowered while I was feeling so low: my fitness.
I started working out in my dad’s house (these were COVID times). With no strangers around to fuel my anxiety, I was given the space to actually think about fitness. I finished the degree in psychology that I had started at Columbia University and realized that the best way for me to fight my gym and food anxiety was to do everything in my power to arm myself with knowledge.
So, I got my personal training certification and behavior change specialization from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I got a job working as a personal trainer at a gym. And by showing up for myself in the gym, I started to rebuild my confidence. A few jobs in the mental health field later, I finally felt I had what it took to start my own company. I wanted to help other women build lives they love and can feel great in by getting intentional with their health and wellness.
So much of what we do for our health is fear-based or - worse - based in us hating ourselves and wanting to change who we are, how we look, etc.
Since my own personal realizations, I’ve obsessively studied motivation, mindset, psychology and fitness so that I can help other women discover what I’ve found: that it’s possible to love yourself to being healthy.

Ditch the scale
Most women don’t understand how useless the number you see on the scale is. Furthermore, it’s not something you can compare to others’ numbers or even to a previous version of yourself. I can teach you much better metrics for living a healthy life.
Build your confidence
When you begin to behave in a way that aligns with what you value in life, you not only are showing respect for yourself, you are building confidence. I can help you uncover what’s been keeping you out of alignment and - more importantly - take action in a new direction.
Empower your future
Knowledge is power and as much as I’d love to work with my clients forever, my real goal is to empower you to be able to do this all on your own. I’ll teach you the fundamentals of health and wellness as well as tools for behavior change that can be applied to almost any area of life.
