What can I expect during a coaching call?

Each week will vary depending on your needs. Coaching is about helping uncover and rewrite your specific limiting beliefs that have been keeping you stuck. This is also an opportunity for us to go over the content and action tasks you received that week so that I can provide clarity when needed or help you work through something that is proving to be extra challenging. These calls are also where we may discuss your movement and eating habits and go over tools to help you improve and sustain the changes you make.

What does a custom workout program mean?

My job is to meet you where you’re at. It might not be realistic for you to go from not workout out to hitting the gym several days a week. Perhaps we start you with just walking regularly. Maybe yoga or riding your bike. My job as a personal trainer is to help you understand how to build a workout program that will support your health but - even more importantly - make it something you enjoy so that it will become a part of your lifestyle. In your program, I’ll design anywhere from 2-6 workouts per week for you, depending on where you’re starting and what your goals are. If there are specific movements given, written and video descriptions accompany it so that you can ensure proper form.

What comes with your app?

In my app, you’ll have your own profile where we will have 2-way chat so that you can ask questions and I can provide support. You’ll also have the opportunity to be a part of different groups where you can gain further support from like-minded women working towards similar goals. In the app, we can also set up habit tracking and nutrition goals and you’ll also be able to see your full calendar of workouts, which you can easily drag and drop to different days if you need to change things up.

Do you provide meal plans?

I am not a registered dietician so I am limited with the nutrition guidance that I can provide. However, I can provide guidance around calories, macros, and understanding what those should look like for you as an individual based on your goals. Additionally, my app will provide 7 days (3 meals per day) of meal suggestions that will fulfill your specific nutrition goals. These suggestions come with recipes and videos to make the process as simple as possible. You can easily substitute these suggestions out if they don’t appeal to you for any reason.
